24-Hour Hospitalisation, Emergency & Critical Care

There may be moments in a pet’s life where it may require emergency veterinary services or critical care support. Our fully equipped hospitalisation facilities are staffed by veterinarians and senior veterinary technicians.

Our patients have access to medical oxygen supply, infusion pumps and heating pads from the comfort of their individual cages. Our Tanjong Katong branch also offers 24-hour hospitalisation services with a dedicated overnight team helping to provide round the clock care for our animal patients.

Internal Medicine

Internal medicine doctors are trained to understand the complex interactions between all of your pet’s organs and bodily systems and how to treat the underlying causes of disease. Many of our veterinarians have post graduate certificates and additional training in internal medicine. Our veterinarians will assess, diagnose and treat diseases and disorders involving your pet’s internal systems, such as the following:

Diagnostic Services

Our clinics are equipped with the latest endoscope, ultrasound, digital x-ray and dental x-ray machines to allow for quick, non-invasive approaches in the investigation of various conditions. In-House Laboratory Services

Our in-house laboratory is fronted by experienced senior laboratory technicians who are trained to collect and prepare specimens for cell cultures.  Most importantly, our senior laboratory technicians are capable of conducting diagnostic testing, analysis and interpretation of of urine, blood and cell specimens in order to support our veterinarians with diagnosis of diseases and dysfunctions.

Our in-house laboratory utilises a complete suite of the latest haematology and biochemistry analysers from IDEXX Laboratories. Within minutes, we can obtain critical information about our patients’ health status by analysing only small volumes of their blood samples.
